The dropping point can generally be used to evaluate the high temperature function. The bearing practice temperature should be lower than the dropping point of 10-20 °C. The composition of the grease should be used at a temperature below the drop point of 20-30 °C.

The lubrication method of the precision planetary gear reducer is also an aspect of poor lubrication. The splash type is mainly used for high-speed applications. It is obviously inappropriate for this medium load and low speed. Closed full-life gearbox with long life and low maintenance, boiler feed to gearbox, toothed chain stepless transmission, precision planetary gear reducer lubrication, can also be used for lubrication of meeting grease equipment.

The unreasonable lubrication method of the precision planetary gear reducer and the shortcomings in structural design have led to the unreliability of this precision planetary gear reducer in application. The problems reflected are firstly the reduction in the number of lifespans, followed by the loud sounds and vibrations, which have led to overhauls. Moreover, for each inspection, it is necessary to replace the painful bearing and the pin sleeve, so that the maintenance cost is increased. The operation of the bearing is not very stable, because the effect of gravity and the vibration of the mechanical movement will inevitably cause a slight displacement of the bearing in the axial position. This relative movement is very harmful, and the continuous impact may lead to the elastic retaining ring. The deformation and breakage, the danger of the bearing falling off the shaft, even if the bearing does not fall, it will cause a lot of noise due to the sensation.
